Tasting Notes: |
The 2005 Chambourcin is taken from the
free flow juice after fermentation without pressings
and was matured in French oak casks for twelve months.
The wine has a delightful berry flavour and a rich colour
with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Enjoy it now with
meals and cheeses. |
