A light dry red showing subtle oak and spice flavours
produced from Shiraz grapes grown at our Waterloo Vineyard.
Waterloo Vineyard was named after John Turnbull’s original land grant at
Sackville Reach which was destined to become part of Dr. Fiaschi’s
famous Tizzana Vineyards. |
Tasting Notes: |
The flavour of the wine shows distinct peppery shiraz notes
as well as green olive characters on the nose. Ideal served as a chilled
wine for lunch. |
