Fiaschi grew Hermitage (Shiraz) and Petit Verdot grapes in this vineyard
which he named after his first daughter born in 1885.
The 2000 Clarissa is a dry red blend made from hand-picked Cabernet
Sauvignon (50%) and Shiraz (50%) grapes. harvested from the original
property at 12.5 Baume in early March, 2000. |
